We specialize in luxury custom and spec homes built from the ground up — one-of-a-kind homes in Middle Tennessee and northern Alabama built to client specifications, and high-end, turnkey spec homes designed with care and attention.

How does your budgeting process differ?
After our vision and discovery meeting, we prepare an extremely detailed budget and walk you, your architect, and your designers through it line by line. Our budgets use actual market rates — never “historical” or “square foot” pricing — so you know exactly what you’re getting and what it will cost. If needed, we can adjust plans and scope to fit your budget.
How does your scheduling process differ?
Each timeline is tailored to the project, so you can plan with confidence for move-in day. Throughout construction we hold weekly job site walks with you and your design team so every decision is made on time and everyone stays on the same page.
